How We Keep You Safe
- Secure Payments: Paystack encryption plus verified bank channels for every transaction.
- Order Verification: We double-check names, shades, and bundle sizes before packing.
- Tamper-Proof Packaging: Heat-sealed bags and fragile labels keep cosmetics intact.
- Real-Time Updates: Email and SMS tracking for every milestone.
Fair Policies
- Full Payment Required: Orders are confirmed only after payment in full so we can reserve stock for you.
- Immediate Allocation: Once paid, items are removed from open inventory and prepped for dispatch.
- Refund Path: Approved refunds is credited to your refund balance if order is cancelled.
- Hygiene First: Because cosmetics are sensitive, opened products cannot be returned unless there’s a factory defect.
