By accessing or using the Ladies City Cosmetics website (www.ladiescitycosmetics.com) or any associated service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Definitions

• Platform – The Ladies City Cosmetics website, dashboard, and communication channels.
• Products – All cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrance, and related items sold by Ladies City Cosmetics.
• Full Payment – Payment of the entire order value (including shipping and fees) at checkout.
• Store Credit – Non-cash credit issued by Ladies City Cosmetics that can be used for future purchases or refunded at our discretion.
• Business Days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent), reside in Nigeria, and maintain accurate contact details to shop with us.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, safeguard your login credentials, and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or non-compliance.

4. Ordering & Payment

• All orders must be paid for in full at checkout. We do not offer installment or “pay later” options.
• Payments are processed via Paystack-supported channels (cards, bank transfer, USSD, etc.).
• Orders are reserved only after payment confirmation. Unpaid carts may be released without notice.

5. Product Availability

Inventory levels can change quickly. If a paid item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund/store credit of equal value.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing takes 24–72 hours after successful payment.
• Delivery timelines vary by destination; delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive parcels.

7. Pricing & Fees

• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may include VAT where applicable.
• Shipping and optional processing fees are displayed before you complete payment and are non-refundable once services are rendered.
• We reserve the right to update prices to reflect supplier or exchange-rate changes.

8. Refunds & Store Credit

• Before dispatch: You may request a cancellation for a full refund (minus any processing fees already incurred).
• After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. Eligible issues follow our Return Policy.
• Approved refunds are issued to your refund balance in your account within 7–14 business days.
• Store credit via coupons is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products must remain unused and sealed. Full details are outlined in our Return Policy.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Platform, upload harmful content, perform fraudulent chargebacks, or resell products without permission. Violations may lead to suspension and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ladies City Cosmetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

12. Dispute Resolution

Please contact support first to resolve disputes. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

13. Intellectual Property

Logos, product images, text, and other creative assets on the Platform are owned by Ladies City Cosmetics or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse without written consent.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (including natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or government restrictions).

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
