1. Shipping Timeline

• Orders are processed only after payment in full is confirmed via Paystack or approved bank transfer.
• Processing takes 24–72 hours for packing, quality checks, and courier handover.
• Estimated delivery timelines:
  • Lagos & neighbouring states: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Other Nigerian cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Special orders or pre-orders may take longer and will be communicated upfront.

2. Delivery Fees

• Customers are responsible for paying delivery fees, which are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Additional surcharges (e.g., remote areas) will be communicated before you complete payment.

3. Tracking

• Once your order ships, we send tracking details via email/SMS.
• Tracking visibility depends on the courier’s system; occasional delays in status updates may occur.

4. Failed Delivery

• If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, you are responsible for any re-delivery costs or address change fees.
• Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may incur additional shipping charges before re-dispatch.
