1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items remain unused, sealed, and in their original packaging with all accessories, applicators, or safety seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
• Opened or swatched cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or hair products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Clearance, sample, or final sale items marked “non-returnable”.
• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email (info@ladiescitycosmetics.com), WhatsApp, or phone (0902 105 7177).
2. Provide your order details along with clear photos or videos highlighting the defect or damage.
3. We will review your submission, confirm eligibility, and share return instructions.
4. Ship the item back to us at your own cost unless we confirm a factory defect.

4. Resolution

• If the return is approved:
  • You may receive a replacement item (if available).
  • Alternatively, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your refund balance in your wallet (minus the non-refundable 5% processing fee and any shipping fees already incurred).
• If the return is not approved: The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

5. Warranty Support

• Beauty devices or tools that include manufacturer warranties will follow the original warranty terms.
• Ladies City Cosmetics will assist with the warranty process but is not responsible for repair or replacement timelines controlled by third parties.

6. Important Notes

• The 5% processing fee (if charged) and all shipping costs are likely non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to your refund balance in your wallet so you need to be a registered user. You can then withdraw from your refund balance to your Nigerian bank account.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
